Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a clinically oriented Radiation Oncologist for the Seby B. Jones Regional Cancer Center in Boone, NC. This is a part-time, onsite position with flexible clinical commitments.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a high-quality multidisciplinary oncology program, SRS/SBRT and IMRT capabilities, and access to clinical trials through UNC Health in Chapel Hill. 20 hours per week, benefit-supported schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology services at UNC Health Appalachian in Boone.
• Collaborate with medical and surgical oncology colleagues.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards and patient navigation.
