Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional service and solutions for customers' print needs in a friendly, team-oriented retail setting. You will use print equipment and help customers with finishing options while collaborating with colleagues.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, career growth opportunities, and various employee discounts. You will greet customers, assess needs, capture project details, and assist with in-store tasks including shipping support as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Able to assist many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye to notice quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files (Word).
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range; stand/walk.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business info.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and provide a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
