Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time role in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Compensation is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/year with competitive benefits, strong clinical support, and schedule flexibility, plus opportunities for advancement.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain required documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
