Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Hermiston, OR. The role offers flexible fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $19.50 per hour with a six-month anchor shift commitment and a platform to claim additional shifts across sites. Must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Allied Universal background policy compliant.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Observe site conditions and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
