Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a skilled Maintenance Painter for our Dublin, OH location. This part-time role (20–25 hours weekly) focuses on repairing, protecting, and beautifying interior and exterior surfaces within a healthcare facility.

Candidates should have interior/exterior painting and drywall repair experience, with carpentry skills and a valid driver's license. Flexible scheduling is available to fit multiple work patterns.

Qualifications

• Interior and exterior painting experience required.
• Drywall repair and finishing knowledge required.
• Carpentry skills and wall covering installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply painting and wall covering techniques to projects.
• Remove and replace furniture, equipment, shelving, and fixtures as needed.
• Install and repair drywall and plaster, including finishing touches.
• Prepare surfaces by stripping, washing, and priming before painting.
• Inspect damaged surfaces around the facility and address issues.
