Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

You will build a long-term caseload with consistent scheduling and control your hours up to 24 per week, working within a clinician-led organization that values real relationships and independent practice.

Formación

• Active NJ OT license.
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings.
• Paid sick leave.
• 401(k) participation (eligibility-based).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
