Job summary

Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a flexible, part-time role in outpatient surgery. Work 3 weekdays per week with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

The position emphasizes safe perioperative care, patient positioning and teamwork in a calm, outpatient setting focused on orthopedics, ENT, plastics, GYN, general and spine procedures.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license and graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Ideal candidate will be able to circulate and scrub.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient nursing care during surgical procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning.
• Coordinate the surgical team and maintain sterile technique.
• Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a high-functioning team environment.
