Job summary

Holy Cross Health is seeking a part-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Germantown, with daytime shifts and occasional Silver Spring coverage. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
• ARRT‑NM or NMTCB certification
• Maryland Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association); Life Support training as applicable to unit requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and move patient care equipment
• Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English

Responsibilities

• Perform optimal nuclear medicine studies under the direction of a radiologist.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organization information.
• Adhere to Standard Precautions.
• Identify care needs and implement interventions for the patient population served.
• Participate in a team environment and perform duties as assigned within modalities.
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist reports to Nuclear Medicine Coordinator
