Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to serve Portland, Salem, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham and surrounding areas. This mobile role focuses on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care—delivering support to pets and their families in meaningful moments.

The position emphasizes balance, mentorship, and a culture of kindness, with flexible schedules and ongoing training to help you live your best life as a veterinary professional.

Qualifications

• DVM required and licensed in the U.S.
• Ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care with empathy.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care.
• Collaborate with client families to support pet comfort and family needs.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with support staff.
