Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple locations
• Reliable internet for updates and training
• Willingness to learn and use company tablet for daily tasks
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling requirements

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders across assigned routes
• Display products in greeting card departments and other retail areas
• Maintain organized backroom areas and complete inventory tasks
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours
• Assist with store resets or fixture work as needed
• Plan weekly service schedule using company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
