Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the assigned territory. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and assist with store resets, all while building relationships with store personnel.

The role requires independent work, reliable transportation, and strong communication via mobile reporting. No experience required; virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels and take photos for reports.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Communicate with the District Manager while working independently.
