Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned area in Mississippi. You will stock shelves, update displays, perform audits and report findings via a mobile app while building relationships with store staff. No experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

The role offers a flexible schedule with travel between locations, and early wage access along with 401(k) matching where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
