Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Yankton, SD and surrounding areas. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and ensure displays meet client standards while working independently.

The route typically averages up to 5 hours per week, with travel between locations. The role offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
