Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in and around Fayette, AL. The role involves organizing product displays, maintaining backroom inventory, and coordinating with store management on scheduling. Training is provided, with a focus on independent work and strong time-management.

Starting pay is $12.20 per hour with scheduled increases to $12.90 after 6 months and $13.50 after one year. Flexible shifts and 401(k) matching available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backrooms and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with time-management.
• Build relationships with store associates during daytime hours.
• Availability for extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work or product assembly.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
