Mathnasium of Lincolnwood is seeking a part-time Math Instructor to teach and tutor in-center or online using the Mathnasium Method. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting and assess student progress throughout sessions.

The role requires a passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and Algebra I competency, with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and helping students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Strong math competency through Algebra I
• Ability to balance multiple ongoing tasks
• Willingness to take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
