We're a dedicated local home care provider seeking a compassionate and motivated nurse to join our team, serving clients in the Dublin area. This is the perfect position for a seasoned nurse, perhaps even a retired LPN or RN, who wants to maintain a connection to patient care without the demanding hours of a full-time hospital setting.

Optional Office Hours: If you're looking for extra hours, you can choose to work 8 to 20 hours per week in our Dublin office. This is completely optional and based on your availability.
Meaningful Local Impact: Use your skills to make a real difference in the lives of people right here in your community. You'll be the crucial link in helping clients maintain their independence and health at home.
Value Your Expertise: We highly value the experience and wisdom a veteran or retired nurse brings. This is a chance to mentor others and be a key supervisor and educator for our home health aides, sharing your years of knowledge.

Conducting supervisory visits to monitor clients' progress and overall well-being.
Providing essential supervision, guidance, and education to our nursing assistants, clients, and their families on topics like infection, accident, and injury prevention.
Communicating with the RN Supervisor regarding any changes to the Plan of Care.
Documenting your visits in a timely manner (written or electronic reports).
We're looking for an experienced LPN or RN who is comfortable traveling to clients within a 50-mile radius (primarily in Laurens and surrounding counties).
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN or RN licensure (an active license is required).
A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
Commitment to scheduling and visiting a minimum of 10 clients per month.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.
Current CPR certification.
