Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Rockford, IL. This part-time role supports skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with competitive pay between $25.00 and $32.00 per hour and flexible scheduling.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help identify appropriate patients, maintain documentation, and collaborate with PTs to ensure quality outcomes. A PTA license and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
