Job summary

Soccer Shots Lancaster/Lebanon is looking for fun, energetic coaches to teach beginner soccer and character development to children ages 2-8. You’ll lead sessions, follow lesson plans, and create a safe, positive environment in a position with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with no soccer experience required, and a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive training, uniforms, and equipment are provided as part of a supportive team focused on kids’ development.

Qualifications

• Prior soccer experience is not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Passion for positively impacting children's lives.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and engage children safely.

Responsibilities

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2-8 years old.
