Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers weekly for 52 weeks. Base hours average 6-13 per week across stores, with additional hours for special projects throughout the year.

You will use a mobile barcode-scanning app to capture product data in grocery and other store formats, report by deadlines, and participate in occasional client-driven projects. This role offers independence and flexible scheduling within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods, access products throughout the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• HS diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store using the mobile app.
• Report to your store within the described deadline and complete weekly display scanning.
• Assist with Custom Projects, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work during certain weeks.
• Work across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores for 52 weeks a year.
