Job summary

Circana seeks part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly, scanning barcodes on displays and aisles. The role supports major retailers with data collected for 52 weeks a year, including holidays, via a mobile app.

Base hours average 4–9 hours per week per store, with occasional extra hours for special projects; you’ll report deadlines, work independently, and enjoy flexible scheduling and workplace independence.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in multiple locations throughout each store.
• Provide the quantity of about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store each week and assist with Custom Projects.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver data to clients with dependable, quality-driven work.
