You will follow the plan of care, perform basic nursing tasks under supervision, and help patients maintain independence with personalized, respectful care. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule and competitive pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given.
• Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation.
• Maxim screening examinations completed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities per the plan of care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, and related tasks.
• Take and record vital signs when ordered and with demonstrated skills competency.
• Perform safe transfers and ambulation as guided by care plan.
• Support exercises as directed by the plan of care and provide basic restorative activities.
• Assist with range of motion and simple procedures under supervision.
• Handle patient laundry and maintain safe home environment and equipment.
• Observe and document patient condition; report changes to the nurse supervisor.
