Community Quick Care Llc is looking for a Part-Time / PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be board certified and possess a Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license. Responsibilities include diagnosing acute illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing preventive care.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Possess an active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain it.
• DEA license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Conduct wellness and follow-up visits.
• Manage chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes.
• Perform physical exams and preventive care visits.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Perform minor procedures like suturing and ear wax removal.
• Provide patient education and maintain documentation.
