Job summary

AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk in Overland Park, KS seeks a part-time Facility Maintenance Team Member to assist with daily maintenance of the facility and grounds. You will support events, crowd control, and safety procedures while upholding facility policies for guests and staff.

The role requires flexibility (nights/weekends/holidays), reliable attendance, and experience cleaning high-traffic spaces.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and regular attendance required.
• Experience cleaning a high-volume facility.
• Knowledge of safe and effective cleaning products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courts, office, and equipment as required.
• Monitor for spills and clean as needed.
• Clean all floor surfaces and glass in facility.
• Clean and restock bathrooms and facilities.
• Clean guest seating and lobby areas.
• Facility trash removal.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by management.
• Provide courteous service and directions to guests.
• Be knowledgeable about program options and facility events.
• Operate multi-line phones as needed.
• Address guest concerns with management guidance.
• Additional tasks assigned by management.
