Job summary

Allied Universal in Latrobe, PA is seeking an EMT-certified Security Officer (Part Time Enhanced) to provide dependable security services at an assigned site. The role offers fixed shifts with additional pick-up opportunities to increase earnings, including a daytime shift from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Pay rate is $23.69 per hour and applicants must have EMT certification and a valid driver’s license. The position supports part-time hours with potential progression toward full-time as opportunities

Qualifications

EMT certification must be possessed.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds.
Monitor and report suspicious activity, facility conditions, access-control concerns, and hazards.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities and communicate during shift transitions.
