Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in Indiana to transport injured workers to their appointments using your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can select convenient times.

You will be paid by the hour for wait time when approved, with typical trips paying around $50 and many drivers completing about two trips per week. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a vehicle under 15 years old, and a cell phone plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• Must have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is under 15 years old.
• Age 25 years or older and current on personal auto insurance.
• Active cell phone plan; proof if prepaid with auto-pay not enabled.
• US citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, or ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments in your own vehicle.
• Rides scheduled in advance; choose hours that fit your schedule.
• Wait time is paid by the hour when approved; text messaging may be used for updates.
