Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Zionsville, IN is seeking drivers to shuttle injured workers to appointments using their own vehicle. You can set your own hours and are paid by the hour for wait time approved.

Rides are scheduled in advance, and average trips pay about $50 with about two trips per week. Eligibility requires a valid driver’s license, a 4 door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old, active auto insurance, a cell phone plan, and US citizenship or resident status with a TIN.

Qualifications

• Age 25 or older.
• Valid driver’s license for your state of residence.
• Active personal auto insurance policy.
• Active cell phone plan (proof of 6 consecutive timely payments if prepaid).
• US citizen or resident alien with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments in your own vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule.
• Wait at the facility when wait time is approved and paid by the hour.
