Job summary

Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in Madison, WI to transport injured workers to appointments in their own vehicles. Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule, with paid hourly time for wait periods when approved.

Eligible drivers must have a valid license, a suitable 4-door vehicle under 15 years old, active auto insurance, and a cellular plan. U.S. citizenship or residency with a TIN is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Vehicle must be a 4-door sedan, minivan, or SUV under 15 years old.
• Must have active personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to appointments in your own vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule.
• You will be paid by the hour for wait time at the facility when wait time is approved.
