Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Muncie, IN is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 16-24 hours per week in the long-term care community.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, including completing MDS - Section K and wound/weight-change recommendations. Flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes.
