Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team for one 8‑hour shift per week at the Eastern Reception Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri.

You will provide comprehensive dental care for incarcerated patients, including exams, extractions, restorations, prophylaxis, and endodontics, while ensuring safety and security requirements are met.

A Missouri license, DEA, BNDD, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in providing comprehensive dental services in a correctional, community health, or indigent environment preferred.
• Valid Missouri dental license, DEA, and BNDD.
• Must pass background investigation, drug screening and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients.
• Includes routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.
