Responsibilities include chairside assistance, radiographs, charting in Dentrix, infection control, and scheduling coordination while maintaining comfort and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and the treatment room.
• Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments.
• Take and develop digital dental radiographs as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix practice management software.
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and assist with billing processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and office staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
