Job summary

Strongsville City Schools is seeking qualified substitutes to work as Custodian. Substitute Custodians are called on a day-by-day basis for various shifts. The number of hours to work, and the assignment location will vary on a daily basis.

Rate of pay is $18.86 per hour. Starting date: Immediately. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring a fingerprint background check, a driver's license, and references.

Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Fingerprint background check required; fee $46.00 cash or $48.75 credit card.
• Driver’s License.
• Social Security Card showing current name.
• Banking information for direct deposit.
• Email address for pay stubs.
• Three letters of reference with name, address, and email of three persons who can be contacted.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning.
• Use of chemicals / power equipment.
• Set up / take down for special events.
• Work day‑to‑day basis for various shifts with varying hours and locations.
