Job summary

Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Stanton, AL. As a Papa Pal, you provide companionship and light assistance to older adults and families, helping with errands, light housework, transportation, and friendly conversation in your community.

You can set a flexible schedule using the Papa app and earn up to $13 per hour with bonuses. No prior caregiving experience is required; applicants must be 21+, have a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle with a year of VEHICLE_YEAR or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to older adults and families.
• Help around the house (light housekeeping, meal prep, etc).
• Run errands as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Offer friendly company and engage in conversation.
