Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist (CRT) for its CAAPP, a community-based program serving adults 21+ with autism and other developmental differences in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. This Independent Contractor role is based in Malvern, PA, offering flexible schedules and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Autism experience required (1 year)
• Caregiving experience preferred (1 year)
• Behavior Technician experience preferred (1 year)
• Direct Support Professional experience preferred (1 year)
• Job Coach experience preferred (1 year)
• Autism Specialist experience preferred (1 year)

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism transitioning out of educational programs
• Support participants in communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training and community-based employment
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community and work settings
• Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant
• Collaborate with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist to identify strengths and needs
