Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist as part of the Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) in Malvern, PA. This Independent Contractor, part-time (1099) role focuses on helping young adults with autism transition to independence, with flexible scheduling and a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include community-based support, skill development, and data collection, working with specialists to identify strengths and needs.

Qualifications

• Autism Experience: 1 year (required)
• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
• Behavior Technician: 1 year (preferred)
• Direct Support Professional: 1 year (preferred)
• Job Coach: 1 year (preferred)
• Autism Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism transitioning out of educational programs.
• Support participants in communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community-based employment.
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals in home, community and work settings.
• Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.
