Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants in Ten Mile, TN. Work one-on-one with patients in their homes with flexible, self-scheduled hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including light housekeeping, meal prep and hygiene.
• Record vitals accurately and document care promptly.
• Perform skilled transfers and range-of-motion activities as prescribed.
