Formación

• Active CNA in TN state with current certification.
• CPR certification and TB test current.
• Experience in home health care preferred, willing to train.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home health aide services for clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Monitor and document vital signs and health status.
• Support safe transfers and mobility.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.
