Job summary

Allied Caregivers is seeking an Intake Specialist as a part-time, per-diem role in New Hampshire. You will manage client onboarding, conduct initial in-home assessments, and coordinate with scheduling and care teams to initiate services promptly.

Responsibilities include educating families about services and pricing, maintaining documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting a seamless intake experience.

Qualifications

• LNA/CNA experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets and other technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Lead client intake & assessment as the primary contact for new clients and families.
• Complete and maintain intake paperwork, service agreements and client records, coordinating with scheduling and care teams.
• Educate clients about services, policies and pricing; address questions and follow up after intake to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe and report safety hazards or changes to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; collaborate with all stakeholders.
