Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers/PCA to support clients in Austin and surrounding areas. Flexible part-time schedules with weekly pay and opportunities for training and advancement are available.

A base pay of $15–$18 per hour is offered, with driving to client homes required to provide in-home care. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and support families with respectful, quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or PCA preferred
• Willing to drive to client homes (valid driver’s license may be required)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes
• Offer transportation to client homes (Valid DL required)
• Communicate positively with clients, families, and team members
