Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate Caregivers / HHAs / PCAs to join our team in Bee Cave, TX and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive base pay between $15 and $18 per hour, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to clients’ homes within ~30 minutes are required. You will provide companionship, assist with ADLs/IADLs, prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, and ensure safe

Qualifications

• Provide companionship and friendly presence to clients.
• Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs (IADLs).
• Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to drive to clients' homes.
• Perform meal preparation and light housekeeping as part of care.
• Communicate with clients, families, and staff in a respectful, supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and brighten their day.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes with dignity.
• Provide transportation to appointments or activities using own vehicle.
• Promote positive, respectful communication with clients, families, and teammates.
