Boundless Care Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support families across San Mateo County with flexible part-time opportunities. Care assignments may include senior care, adult care, or child care based on experience and availability.

Students may also apply. As a caregiver, you may be assigned to senior care, child care, or both, with responsibilities including companionship, daily living assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitoring for changes in condition.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN).
• TrustLine or Home Care Aide registered or willing to apply.
• Valid TB test or willing to obtain.
• Has own transportation or reliable commute access.
• Open availability is a plus (hours based on client requests).
• Bilingual/multilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and one-on-one care for seniors in the home.
• Assist with daily living needs (dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support safe walking/transfers and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal prep, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to care.
• Provide medication reminders (as allowed/assigned).
• Observe and report changes in condition (appetite, mood, mobility, confusion).
• Follow the client’s care plan, routines, and family preferences.
