Job summary

Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Benton, AR via Papa Pals. You will provide companionship, light house help, and errands with flexible hours using the Papa app.

No prior caregiving experience is required. Must be 21+, have a valid US driver’s license, pass background and motor vehicle checks, and own a smartphone with a vehicle (year [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer). Earnings up to $13.00/hr with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Help around the house and with errands as needed.
• Provide transportation and safe, friendly visits.
• Use the Papa app to schedule and accept hourly visits.
• Create your own flexible work schedule around life.
