Job summary

Happyian is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. This flexible position allows a small caseload of 1–3 clients with no minimum hour requirement, fostering a work-life balance in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery.
