Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP in West Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Outgoing and patient-focused.
• Ability to perform treatments independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) and related aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and aftercare.
• Cross-promote services to benefit patients.
• Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with estheticians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with state regulations.
• Support business growth through patient education and retention.
