Job summary

Inn at the Pines is seeking an Activity Assistant to support a vibrant activity program for residents in a part-time, in-person role in Ohio. You will help plan and execute engaging activities, administer surveys to gauge popularity, and coordinate volunteers and transportation as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of activities experience and can create inclusive plans for participants with special needs while collaborating with event leaders and staff to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1 year of activities assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a team and support residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the activity calendar and develop engaging resident activities.
• Administer surveys to learn future event popularity.
• Collect feedback on events and coordinate volunteers.
• Create inclusion plans for participants with special needs.
• Coordinate transportation to and from events.
• Attend events to support leaders and observe participant satisfaction.
• Create safety protocols for events.
