CFS in Delaware, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our growing organization with a variety of accounting and financial projects.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and competitive pay. You will handle AP/AR, assist with reconciliations and month-end close, prepare financial records, support payroll, monitor cash flow, review invoices, and ensure accurate documentation with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Support payroll and employee expense reporting as needed.
• Help monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with special accounting and finance projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
