Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Marlboro Township, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

You will collect data on treatment goals during sessions, collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
