Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data, work with a supervising BCBA on behavior plans, and share progress with families. Part-time, afternoons/evenings with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes and schedules.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
