Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This role emphasizes independence and positive behavior support, with flexible part-time hours suitable for students.

No prior experience required; training will be provided, and opportunities to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course are available. You will collaborate with families and our clinical team to deliver effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
