Job summary

aba360 is seeking individuals for part-time ABA roles to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions and help implement skill-building and care plans alongside the clinical team.

No prior experience is required, and a high school diploma is sufficient to start. The role is ideal for students, with afternoon/evening hours and the possibility to advance in the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
