Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with Autism and are committed to high-quality care and family support.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, collaborate with families, and maintain progress records in a flexible, part-time role with a compassionate, professional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in home, school, and community settings
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including assessing client behavior, setting goals, and selecting interventions
• Work closely with clients' families and caregivers to promote carryover of learned skills and behaviors
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
